Please be prepared to approve or <br />amend. <br />Requested Commission Action: Approve/amend meeting minutes of February 2, 2021. <br /> <br />4. Park Dedication – Victoria St. N. and Orchard Ln./Co. Rd. C2 <br />Included in your packet is a proposed subdivision adjacent to Lake Owasso on Victoria St. <br />N. at Orchard Ln. and Co. Rd. C2. <br /> <br />The proposal includes 8 lots (5 new lots) on 9.13 acres. <br /> <br />The project qualifies for Park Dedication. The cash amount for the 5 additional lots/units <br />would be $21,250 ($4,250 per additional lot).The land amount would be 10% of 9.13 acres <br />or .913 acre. <br /> <br />The developer has suggested that cash be accepted in lieu of land. <br /> <br />This area is located in constellation D. There are no specific plans identified in the Parks <br />and Recreation System Master Plan for parkland in this area. For reference and guidance, <br />included in your packet is a: <br /> City Parks and Facilities map <br /> Parcel site map <br /> Aerial site map <br /> Park Dedication Ordinance <br /> Specific guidance from the Parks and Recreation System Master Plan including <br />the constellation map and goals and policies related to Parks and Open Space <br />acquisition. <br /> <br />The role of the Commission is to review and make a recommendation on whether to accept <br />land, cash or a combination. <br /> <br />Requested Commission Action: To discuss and make a recommendation to accept land, <br />cash or a combination to satisfy the Park Dedication requirements. <br /> <br />5.
