The Voluntary Benchmarking Program webpage is live, and can be found at <br />www. CityOfRoseville. com/VoluntaryBenchmarking. <br />Staff held a virtual Voluntary Benchmarking Webinar on Thursday March 8. This <br />webinar was on the importance of voluntary benchmarking, how reporting works, and <br />how to report owner building data into portfolio manager. The webinar is intended for <br />any commercial, industrial, and non-profit property owners willing to participate. The <br />goal is to both inform Roseville businesses about the possibility for energy savings as <br />well for these properties to save money by becoming more energy efficient over <br />time. Another webinar is scheduled for Thursday April 8 for properties that couldn't <br />make it to the first meeting. Staff are working diligently to increase awareness of the <br />program, and outreach to properties will be a priority through the next webinar. <br />Zoning Code Upate <br />o The Community Development Department is leading an effort to update the City's <br />Zoning Code which the set of rules that identifies how individual properties within the <br />City can be used. It also sets standards for how buildings may be developed or changed. <br />A key component of this update process is outreach and engagement. Towards that end <br />a series of meetings will be hosted on a variety of topics related to the Zoning Code. <br />The first of those meetings will be held on Thursday, March 25`t' and will focus on <br />Equity and Inclusion/Sustainability and Resilience. Members of the PWET Commission <br />should have received an invite for this meeting and they are encouraged to attend one of <br />the two meetings on this data. She started on March 10. <br />City Council Update: <br />• Approved preliminary plat for The Woods of Roseville <br />• Approved preliminary plat for the Enclave at McCarron Lake <br />• Approved RFP for Recycling Services <br />• Approved contract for County Road B Sewer Improvements <br />• Approved contract for St Rose of Lima Drainage Improvements <br />• Approved contract for Cleanup Day Services <br />Major Maintenance Activities: <br />• Street and Storm <br />o Two asphalt plants opened 3/15/21 <br />o Last three water break repairs have been temporarily patched with asphalt vs concrete. <br />o Miscellaneous patching. <br />o Last 3 snow events have pushed our seasonal total of snow over 40" <br />o Ongoing tree trimming continues. <br />o Ongoing sign work continues. <br />o ManagerPlus Central Garage Fleet software program is up and running. <br />Water and Sanitary Sewer <br />o Continued repairing water meters and MIUs. <br />o Continuing the process of collecting water service data and upgrading water meters and <br />MIUs in park buildings. <br />
