It also sets standards for how buildings may be developed or changed. A
key component of this update process is outreach and engagement. Towards that end, a
series of meetings will be hosted on a variety of topics related to the Zoning Code. The
first of those meetings was held on Thursday, March 25, and focused on Equity and
Inclusion/Sustainability and Resilience. More information about these specific
meetings, how to register and about the overall Zoning Code Update project can be
found at the following webpage htty://citvofroseville.com/zoningupdate.
City Council Update:
• Approved purchase agreement with Genisys Credit Union for purchase of Fairview Fire
Station.
• Appointed Commission members for Finance Commission, Public Works, Environment
and Transportation Commission, Police Civil Service Commission and Human Rights,
Inclusion and Engagement Commission.
• Reviewed Draft of Civic Campus Master Plan.
• Considered a formal discussion regarding Organized Trash Collection but determined, by a
3-2 vote, that this was not the appropriate time for this large endeavor.
Major Maintenance Activities:
• Street and Storm
o Ongoing asphalt patching.
