The Permit (Part III.D.6.) requires that, within 12 months of the date permit coverage is extended, existing permittees shall <br />revise their current program, as necessary, and continue to implement an operations and maintenance program that <br />prevents or reduces the discharge of pollutants from the permittee owned/operated facilities and operations to the small <br />MS4. Describe your current program: <br />F.I. The City of Roseville performs maintenance activities and regular inspections of structural and nonstructural storm <br />water controls to reduce floatables and other pollutants discharged from the City's separate storm sewers. Training <br />seminars are conducted to instruct city employees on proper inspection for storm sewer structures. Proper documentation <br />is completed and any actions recommended to improve current condition are sent to the party responsible for Pollution <br />Prevention / Good Housekeeping measure and prompt corrective action is taken. Records are kept of all inspection results <br />and any maintenance performed or recommended. <br />2. Do you have a facilities inventory as outlined in the Permit (Part III.
