<br />Continued Page 2. <br /> <br />2B 4 <br /> <br />Hammersten moved, seconded by Willmus, that the following resolution be adopted. <br /> <br />I~EREAS, By resolution dated January 26, 1953, the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Ramsey County reclassified from non-conservation lands <br />to conservation lands the parcels of forfeited land as shown in the <br />attached list and ordered that said parcels be withheld from sale; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Said reclassification &ld withholding from sale is in conform- <br />ance with the wishes of the Council of the ¡Tillage of Roseville, as <br />evidenced by the resolution of said Body Dated December 9, 1952; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS The approval of said classification is required by statute; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, m~ IT RESOLVED That the classification of said lands <br />as conservation lands be and hereby is approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the sale of said lands be and hereby is <br />not approved." <br /> <br />Roll call Ayes-(5) Nayes-(O). <br /> <br />Membrez moved, seconded by Connor, that all Village roads be posted "3 Ton <br />.Axle Weight" and Road Commissioner see that road signs are posted and secure <br />additional signs if needed - signs to be erected from March 20th to May 15th. . <br />Roll call Ayes-(S) Nayes-(O). <br /> <br />Constable Nelson reported on a case on MicUothian Road and County Road B <br />re2arding a d02 who was creating a problem as to health which could become a <br />nuisance. Several members of the Council felt it was not a problem the Village <br />should be concerned about. <br /> <br />Membrez moved, seconded by Connor, that we close in arched opening at North <br />wall of the office with a small door in the center.
