As things progressed, the people became alarmed as to the <br />stateaents .ade that they were only going to get a 15 ft. butter strip and roads, <br />and they becaae very upset about it. '!'here are 22 houses of fine value involved <br />(averaging $30,000 per house) and they would have a loss of valuation up to <br />$10,000 per house. - <br />:Mr. Loftsg-aarden wished to submit the following: 75 feet to be used only <br />for planting and beautification both on the South and the West; that is, 75 ft. <br />to the South and the West of the road, and in addition, leave a set-back for <br />building purposes of another 125 feet, which makes a total of 200 feet from <br />their property line.
