Roll call Ayes-(4) Hayes-(O). <br /> <br />Mr. Carr and Shosten from Sherren st. just west of Lexington appeared <br />inquiring about drainage in the low spots on that street. They were told that <br />action had been taken on that area previously in the meeting and the necessary <br />culvert woüld be hooked up if permissioh is received from the Highway Dept. <br /> <br />Hammersten moved, Carlson seconded, that Theo. Schultz be appointed Weed <br />Inspector for the year 1953. Roll call Ayes-(4) Nayès-(O). <br /> <br />Discussion was held on the question of whether or not the Villa.ge should <br />have a Plumbing Inspector. Membrez moved, Hammersten seconded, that the attorney <br />draw up an ordinance to establish the position of Plumbing Inspector. Roll call <br />Ayes-(4) Hayes-(O). Mr. _lund was present to tell of some of the experience he <br />has had as a plumber and that he was interested in the position. <br />Carlson reported that Bahneman needed cages in which to keep the dogs he <br />picked up.
