Assumptions <br />Business as usual scenario assumes 43 total participants a year in the following Xcel Energy <br />income -qualified programs: <br />Income -Qualified Home Energy Squad <br />Income -Qualified Home Energy Savings Program <br />Income -Qualified Multi -Family Energy Savings Program <br />Roseville's goal is to achieve 120 annual participants across these programs. <br />How to Measure <br />Annual participation in the following programs will be included in measuring progress toward this <br />goal: <br />Income -Qualified Home Energy Squad <br />Income -Qualified Home Energy Savings Program <br />Income -Qualified Multi -Family Energy Savings Program <br />In addition, any new programs created by Xcel Energy with income qualifications will be <br />included. <br />Annual participation will be calculated from Partners in Energy implementation reports, summing <br />participation from these programs from 2021 through 2031. <br />Cumulative Participation 473 1,320 <br />Residential Energy Efficiency Focus Area Goals <br />Engage 1,400 residents annually through utility programs. <br />Assumptions <br />Business as usual scenario assumes 1,000 participants a year in Xcel Energy's residential <br />sector demand side management programs available during the baseline period, excluding the <br />programs modeled in Roseville's Energy Burden Focus Area. Roseville's goal is to achieve <br />1,400 annual participants in these programs. <br />How to Measure <br />Annual participation in all residential demand side management programs available from Xcel <br />Energy will be included in measuring progress toward this goal, except those included in the <br />Energy Burden Focus Area Goal. <br />Annual participation will be calculated from Partners in Energy implementation reports, summing <br />participation from all residential programs from 2021 through 2031. <br />Roseville Energy Action Plan 39 <br />
