Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Focus Area Goals <br />• Engage 100 small and medium-sized businesses annually through utility programs. <br />Assumptions <br />Business as usual scenario assumes 60 total participants a year in the following Xcel Energy <br />small and medium-sized business programs: <br />• One Stop Efficiency Shop <br />• Commercial Refrigeration Efficiency <br />In addition, business as usual scenario assumes 181 participants in other Xcel Energy <br />commercial and industrial sector demand side management programs. Altogether, business as <br />usual scenario assumes total annual participation is 241 Xcel Energy's commercial and <br />industrial sector programs. <br />Roseville's goal is to achieve 100 participants in Xcel Energy programs targeting small and <br />medium-sized businesses. The goal assumption also targets an increase in participation in <br />other Xcel Energy commercial and industrial programs, achieving 307 total annual participants <br />in all commercial and industrial sector programs. <br />How to Measure <br />Annual participation in all commercial and industrial demand side management programs <br />available from Xcel Energy will be included in measuring progress toward this goal. <br />Annual participation will be calculated from Partners in Energy implementation reports, summing <br />participation from all commercial and industrial programs from 2021 through 2031. <br />Participation in the following programs will be highlighted as targeting small and medium-sized <br />businesses: <br />• One Stop Efficiency Shop <br />• Commercial Refrigeration Efficiency <br />Renewable Energy Focus Area Goals <br />• Engage 100 residents and five businesses annually to subscribe to renewable energy. <br />Assumptions <br />Business as usual scenario assumes 2019 baseline participation in Xcel Energy's renewable <br />energy programs will increase annually to result in 2,021 residential subscribers and 61 <br />commercial and industrial subscribers by 2031. <br />Programs included in this assumption are Xcel Energy's Renewable'Connect° and <br />Windsource° programs. <br />Roseville Energy Action Plan 40 <br />
