Resilience: The ability to prepare for and adapt to changing conditions and withstand and <br />recover rapidly from disruptions. Resilience includes the ability to withstand and recover from <br />deliberate attacks, accidents, or naturally occurring threats or incidents. <br />Recommissioning: An energy efficiency service focused on identifying ways that existing <br />building systems can be tuned -up to run as efficiently as possible. <br />Solar Garden: Shared solar array with grid -connected subscribers who receive bill credits for <br />their subscriptions. <br />Solar Photovoltaic (PV): Solar cells/panels that convert sunlight into electricity (convert light, or <br />photons, into electricity, or voltage). <br />Subscription: An agreement to purchase a certain amount of something in regular intervals. <br />Therm (thm): A unit of natural gas consumption. <br />Trade Partner: Trade Partners, also known as Trade Allies or Business Trade Partners, are <br />vendors and contractors who work with business and residential customers servicing, installing, <br />and providing consulting services regarding the equipment associated with utility rebate <br />programs.
