Connor moved, Willmus seconded, that Karon take the necessary steps with the state Board of Electricity to straighten this matter out. Roll call Ayes-(3) N~res-(O). Balverda: State Bd. of Elect. Also, Willmus moved and Carlson seconded that Karon find out if we can recover any of the fees that have been accepted by the State Board which should have been paid to the Village of Rosevi11e.
