the corridor and upgrading curb ramps to meet ADA compliance. Additionally, a new <br />pathway will be installed on the north side of County Road B2, under the Snelling <br />Avenue bridge between the ramps. Work began in late August and will continue into <br />early November. All signals, except the signal at Fairview, will be operated as all -way <br />stops for the duration of the project in order to accelerate the completion of the project. <br />Council Update <br />• Approved all six new pathway master plan segments. <br />Sustainability Update <br />Partners in Energy (PIE) <br />o Staff continues to meet with PiE every other week to discuss the current work and the <br />next steps to implement the plan. <br />o Staff created a tiered mailing list for energy burdened properties (property value less <br />than $254,200, built before 1980, and no permits for building improvements for the past <br />30 years). A mailing has been created and reviewed by Neel, and will be going out in <br />early November. <br />o Translated handouts were created by Neel Energy that will be used for low-income and <br />energy burdened residents to help educate residents about the program and potential <br />improvements that they can do to reduce energy costs. These handouts will posted on <br />our website and we will also have printed copies available at City Hall. A handout or <br />two will also be included in the energy burdened mailing. <br />o Staff will be presenting at the Roseville Business Council on Wednesday October 27 to <br />highlight the Energy Action Plan and provide an update to businesses on resources <br />available to them to help save money on their energy bills. <br />o More information can be found at www.CitvOfRoseville.com/Partners-in-Energy <br />Major Maintenance Activities: <br />• Street and Storm <br />0 3700' pathway near Centerpointe Drive were widened and reclaimed. Prepped for <br />paving. <br />o Ongoing sidewalk panel grinding trip hazards. <br />o Ongoing pavement patching. <br />o Ongoing sign work. <br />o Ongoing catch basin repairs. <br />o Ongoing compost site maintenance and pile turning. Compost Site open. <br />o Ongoing misc. tree work. <br />o Ongoing Streetscape maintenance. Irrigation systems blown out for winter. <br />• Water and Sanitary Sewer <br />o Located city -owned facilities for Gopher State One Call locate requests. <br />o Continued repairing water meters and MIUs. <br />o Continuing the process of collecting water service data and upgrading water meters and <br />MIUs in park buildings. <br />o Collected water samples for bacteriological testing. <br />o Collected water samples for quarterly Disinfection Byproduct testing. <br />o Continued the Sanitary Sewer Cleaning Program for 2021 58% completed. <br />o Continued working with engineering staff on the Long Lake sanitary sewer lift station <br />proj ect. <br />o Continued working with AE2S on the 2021 SCADA System Upgrades. <br />o Continued laundering towels weekly used by office personnel for cleaning work areas. <br />
