a. A campus master plan shall be required to address the management of pedestrian, bicycle and 2416 <br />vehicular circulation, relationship to surrounding land uses, and buffering and screening of 2417 <br />adjacent uses to mitigate any impacts of a new or expanded/intensified campus. 2418 <br />7. Communications Equipment - Shortwave Radio and TV Antennas: There are no specific 2419 <br />standards for this use. 2420 <br />8. Community Residential Facility, State Licensed, Serving 7-16 Persons: there are no specific 2421 <br />standards for this use. 2422 <br />9. Day Care Center: There are no specific standards for this use. 2423 <br />10. Day Care Facility, Group Family: There are no specific standards for this use. 2424 <br />11. Dormitory: There are no specific standards for this use. 2425 <br />12. Drive-through Facilities: 2426 <br />a. Drive-through lanes and service windows shall be located to the side or rear of buildings and 2427 <br />shall not be located between the principal structure and a public street, except when the parcel 2428 <br />and/or structure lies adjacent to more than one public street and the placement is approved by 2429 <br />the Community Development Department. 2430 <br />b. Points of vehicular ingress and egress shall be located at least 60 feet from the street right-of-2431 <br />way lines of the nearest intersection. 2432 <br />c. The applicant shall submit a circulation plan that demonstrates that the use will not interfere 2433 <br />with or reduce the safety of pedestrian and bicyclist movements. Site design shall 2434
