Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />th <br />2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 8 day of June, 2020, at <br />3 6:00 p.m. <br />4 The following members were present: ; andand the following members were absent: <br />5 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />6 RESOLUTION No. <br />7 APPROVING THE VACATION OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD, HIGHWAY <br />8 AND UTLITY PURPOSES, ALSO KNOWN AS HERSCHEL STREET, LOCATED <br />9 NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD C <br />10 WHEREAS, a petition from adjacent property owners hasbeen filed with the City of Roseville <br />11 requesting the vacation of a publiceasement for road, highway and utility purposes over certain <br />12 property located within the real property legally described as follows: <br />13 See attached Exhibit A(the “Property”). <br />14 WHEREAS, the easementsto be vacated are the portions of the following easements that are <br />15 located within the Property: <br />16 See attached Exhibit B (the “Easements”). <br />17 WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice have been given as well as notice <br />18 having been mailed to all affected property owners according to Minnesota Statutes, a public <br />19 hearing was held on June 8, 2020, at which time all persons interested in said vacation were <br />20 given an opportunity to be heard; and <br />21 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that the vacation would be in the public <br />22 interest. <br /> <br />
