To be processed as a Minor Plat, the proposal needs to meet the following criteria: <br />14 A.Minor Plat <br />15 1.Purpose: The Minor Plat process may be used when all of the following criteria are present. All <br />16 other subdivision proposals that do not fall within the regulations listed herein shall be <br />17 submitted for the review by the Planning Commission and the approval of the City Council in <br />18 accordance with the Major Plat process established in this Chapter. <br />19 a.The proposal subdivides or consolidates existing lots of record resulting in three or fewer <br />20 lots. <br />21 b.The subject property is adequately served by public utilities and right-of-way, and no <br />22 further utility or right-of-way is necessary. <br />23 c.The anticipated development on the lot or lots resulting from the proposed subdivision or <br />24 consolidation is supported by the Comprehensive Plan land use designation applicable to <br />25 the subject property. <br />26 d.The existing or anticipated development on the lot or lots resulting from the proposed <br />27 subdivision or consolidation conforms, or is made to conform, to the zoning regulations <br />28 applicable to the subject property. <br />PF20-005_RCA_MinorPlat_VeritasDavis_060820 <br />Page 1of 3 <br /> <br />
