Attachment A <br />80 E.G&G Management LLC upon revocation shall provide the current occupancyregister to ensure <br />81 compliance with condition F below and shall further give the City regular access to the <br />82 occupancy register of the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments so that vacant units can be <br />83 monitored by the City to ensure that no vacant units are rented during the time of the license <br />84 revocation. <br />85 F.G&G Management LLC shall display placards provided by the City on the exterior of each <br />86 building of the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments, and upon each individual unit that <br />87 becomes vacant, that states the multi-family rental license is revoked. <br />88 G.Moving forward, G & G Management LLC shall employ a certified residential manager and <br />89 certified residential maintenance technician through Minnesota Multi Housing Association, or <br />90 an equivalent training and approved by City inspectors in accordance with City Code Licensing <br />91 requirements provided in Section 908.03 (I) in order to restore and maintain the multifamily <br />92 rental license issued by the City for the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments. <br />93 H.The City Council may consider restoring the multi-family rental license for individual <br />94 buildings if it is determined that all code violations for that building and units within it have <br />95 been corrected and G & G Management LLC has demonstrated an ability to comply with City <br />96 Code Section 908.07 by continuously complying with all applicable property maintenance, <br />97 zoning health, building, nuisance, or other City Codes. Such request shall be made in <br />98 accordance with Section 908.07 (G) (3), which entails new applications and paymentof <br />99 applicable fees. <br />100 I.The City reserves the right to take additional legal action against G&G Management LLC, as <br />101 provided in City Code Section 908.04 (D), if there is not sufficient timely progress in correcting <br />102 the identified code violations. <br />103 J.If other codeviolations are found in the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments while the <br />104 multi-family rental license is revoked, they must also be corrected and G&G Management LLC <br />105 is subject to the same conditions outlined when correcting new code violations. <br />106 <br />107 F INANCIAL I MPACTS <br />108 There are no direct financial impacts to the city other thansubstantial personnel time related to <br />109 inspections and compliance.
