Gather accurate contact information for property owners of residential rental properties; <br />31 and <br />32 B. Provide educational materials to property owners and occupants of residential rental <br />33 properties; and <br />34 C. Identify and quantify these units in the City; and <br />35 D. Provide information and a method to enforce minimum standards to meet City and State <br />36 safety, health, fire, property maintenance and zoning codes within the City; and <br />37 E. Provide a more efficient system to ensure that the stock of residential rental property <br />38 within the City is properly maintained. <br />1 <br /> <br />
