The operation of a short-term rental <br />29 property is a business enterprise that entails responsibilities required of the owner, local agent, <br />30 and guests. <br />31 909.02: DEFINITIONS: <br />32 As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them <br />33 in this section: <br />34 A.City: The City of Roseville, or the person or entity designated by the City to administer <br />35 and enforce this Chapter. <br />36 B.Family: Shall mean one of the following:(City Code Section 1001.10) <br />37 1.Any group of people living together as a single housekeeping unit, all of whom <br />1 <br /> <br />
