The use of short-term rentals solely for holding a commercial 58 or social event is prohibited. The use of recreational vehicles, campers or other similar 59 vehicles for short-term rentals is prohibited. 60 H.Unit: All or a portion of a residential property that is arranged, designed, used, or 61 intended to be used as separate living quarters and which is leased to an individual or 62 group. 63 64 909.03: LICENSE REQUIRED: 65 66 A.Itshall be unlawful for any person tohereafter occupy, allow to be occupied, or let to 67 another person for occupancyany residential property within the City for which an 68 application for a short-term rental licensehas not been properly made and filed with the 69 City or after the time that alicenseis suspended or revoked. Applications for licensure 70 shall be as required by Chapter 301 of City Code, and shall be made upon forms 71 furnished by the City for such purpose and shall specificallyrequire the following 72 minimum information: 73 1. Name, street address, emailand phone number of the property owner. 74 2. The name, street address, email and phone number(s), of alocal agentauthorized 75 to make or order repairs or services for the property, if in violation of City or 76 State Codes, if the person is different than the owner. 77 3. The street address of the short-term rental property. 78 4. The type of units within the rental property (single family, twin-home, townhome, 79 condo, duplex, triplex or fourplex). 80 5. The number of bedrooms in the unit. 81 6. Certification and attestation that the maximum occupancy per unit is either 4 or 82 less unrelated adults or one familypursuant to Roseville City Codes 906.06 and 83 1001.10. 2
