72 R EQUESTED C OUNCIL A CTION <br />73 Council is requested to take action through the following two motions: <br />74 1. By motion, authorize Community Development staff to abate the outstanding public nuisance <br />75 violations at 1045 Grandview Avenue W by hiring a contractor to remove the items stored <br />76 outside and by hiring a towing contractor to remove the unlicensed/inoperable vehicle. <br />77 2.
