141 <br />142 <br />ATTACHMENT B <br />143 <br />144 <br />145 <br />146 <br />147 •195LarpenteurAve.(PID#13.29.23.44.0019) <br />148 •221 Larpenteur Ave. (PID# 13.29.23.44.0020) <br />149 •1722 Woodbridge Court (PID# 13.29.23.44.0015) <br />150 •1725 Woodbridge Court (PID# 13.29.23.44.0018) <br />151 •1735 Woodbridge Court (PID# 13.29.23.44.0037) <br />152 •1736 Woodbridge Court (PID# 13.29.23.44.0036) <br />153 •1720 Marion Street (PID# 13.29.23.44.0022) <br />154 •1735 Marion Street (PID# 13.29.23.44.0028) <br />155 •1740 Marion Street (PID# 13.29.23.44.0033) <br />156 •1745 Marion Street (PID# 13.29.23.44.0027) <br />157 •1750 Marion Street (PID#13.29.23.44.0032) <br />158 <br />159 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the multi-family rental license revocation is based <br />160 upon the above-stated recitals, staff files and testimony, which are incorporated herein <br />161 and summarized as the following Findings of Fact: <br />162 <br />163 1)The large amount of complaints from tenants of the Marion Street/The Brittanys <br />164 Apartments regarding unsanitary and unsafe conditions, which were not <br />165 proactively addressed by G&G Management LLC despite requests from the <br />166 tenants. <br />167 2)The breadth and perniciousness of the code violations found in every building and <br />168 unit of Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments that was inspected. <br />169 3)The complete infestation of bedbugs, cockroaches, and other vermin in the <br />170 Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments buildings and units. <br />171 4)Given the scope of the corrections needed at the Marion Street/The Brittanys <br />172 Apartments, no other tenants should be added to the units so that proper and <br />173 practical focus can be put towards correcting the unsanitary and unsafe conditions <br />174 for the existing tenants. <br />175 5)The lack of effective property management and the lack of any financial <br />176 investment over the years into the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments by <br />177 G&G Management LLC has led to the current code violations. <br />178 <br />179 BE IT FURTHER RESOLOVED, that the revocation of the multi-family rental license for <br />180 Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments has the following conditions: <br />181 A.G&G Management LLC shall cooperate with the City to provide access to the <br />182 property, buildings, and all units of the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments. In <br />183 addition, G&G Management LLC shall meet with the City onsite within 30 days of <br />184 passage of this resolution in order to address any lack of understanding on the part <br />185 of G&G Management LLC of specific code compliance deficiencies. <br />186 B.G&G Management LLC shall provide regular updates as determined by the City <br />187 regarding the progress in correcting the identified code violations. <br />188 C.G & G Management LLC shall obtain all necessary permits related to alterations to <br />189 building systems or rehabilitation of the buildings as needed and determined <br />190 necessary by the City's Building Official acting in his capacity to ensure <br />191 compliance with the Building Code and workmanship requirements of City Code <br />192 Section 906.03 (B) (5). <br /> <br />
