1 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />Attachment E <br />2 OF THE <br />3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />4 <br />5 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />6 <br />7 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />th <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8 <br />8 day ofFebruary 2021, at <br />9 6:00 p.m. <br />10 <br />11 The following members were present:, , , , and Mayor . <br />12 and the following were absent: . <br />13 <br />14 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 RESOLUTIONNo. <br />18 <br />19 RESOLUTION GRANTING MULTIFAMILY RENTAL LICENSE FOR <br />20 PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1722 WOODBRIDGE COURT, 1740 MARION <br />21 STREET, AND 1750 MARION STREET <br />22 <br />23 WHEREAS, G&G Management, LLC owns the following properties: <br />24 <br />25 • 1722 Woodbridge Court (PID# 13.29.23.44.0015) <br />26 • 1740 Marion Street (PID# 13.29.23.44.0033) <br />27 • 1750 Marion Street (PID# 13.29.23.44.0032); and <br />28 <br />29 WHEREAS, City Code Chapter 908 Rental Licensing for Multifamily Rental <br />30 Properties of 5 or More Units is designed to assure properties are safe, sanitary, and <br />31 well maintained; and <br />32 <br />33 WHEREAS,on November 25, 2019, the Roseville City Council approved Resolution No. <br />34 11653, revoking the Multifamily Rental Licenses for all twelve buildings owned by G & G <br />35 Management, including 1722 Woodbridge Court, 1740 and 1750 Marion Street; and <br />36 <br />37 WHEREAS, under Resolution No. 11653 the revocation of the Multifamily Residential <br />38 Licenses were conditioned on the following: <br />39 <br />40 A.G&G Management LLC shall cooperate with the City to provide access to the <br />41 property, buildings, and all units of the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments. <br />42 In addition , G&G Management LLC shall meet with the City onsite within 30 <br />43 days of passage of this resolution in order to address any lack of understanding <br />44 on the part of G&G Management LLC of specific code compliance deficiencies. <br />45 B.G&G Management LLC shall provide regular updates as determined by the <br />46 City regarding the progress in correcting the identified code violations. <br />47 C. G & G Management LLC shall obtain all necessary permits related to alterations <br />48 to building systems or rehabilitation of the buildings as needed and determined <br />49 necessary by the City's Building Official acting in his capacity to ensure <br />50 compliance with the Building Code and workmanship requirements of City <br />51 Code Section 906.03 (B) (5). <br /> <br />
