52 D.G&G Management LLC shall take no retaliatory actions against tenants for <br />53 reporting in the past or in the future conditions of the Marion Street/The Brittanys <br />54 Apartments to the City. <br />55 E.G&G ManagementLLC upon revocation shall provide the current occupancy <br />56 register to ensure compliance with condition F below and shall further give the City <br />57 regular access to the occupancy register of the Marion Street/The Brittanys <br />58 Apartments so that vacant units can be monitored by the City to ensure that no <br />59 vacant units are rented during the time of the license revocation. <br />60 F. G&G Management LLC shall display placards provided by the City on the exterior <br />61 of each building of the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments, and upon each <br />62 individual unit that becomes vacant, that states the multi-family rental license is <br />63 revoked. <br />64 G.Moving forward, G & G Management LLC shall employ a certified residential <br />65 manager and certified residential maintenance technician through Minnesota Multi <br />66 Housing Association, or an equivalent training and approved by City inspectors in <br />67 accordance with City Code Licensing requirements provided in Section 908.03 (I) <br />68 in order to restore and maintain the multifamily rental license issued by the City for <br />69 the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments. <br />70 H.The City Council may consider restoring the multi-family rental license for <br />71 individual buildings if it is determined that all code violations for that building and <br />72 units within it have been corrected and G & G Management LLC has demonstrated <br />73 an ability to comply with City Code Section 908.07 by continuously complying <br />74 with all applicable property maintenance, zoning health, building, nuisance, or <br />75 other City Codes. Such request shall be made in accordance with Section 908.07 <br />76 (G)_ (3), which entails new applications and payment of applicable fees. <br />77 I. The City reserves the right to take additional legal action against G&G <br />78 Management LLC, as provided in City Code Section 908.04 (D), if there is not <br />79 sufficient timely progress in correcting the identified code violations. <br />80 J. If other code violations are found in the Marion Street/The Brittanys Apartments <br />81 while the multi-family rental license is revoked, they must also be corrected and <br />82 G&G Management LLC is subject to the same conditions as contained in this <br />83 resolution when correcting new code violations. <br />84 <br />85 WHEREAS, a new rental license application has been submitted for 1722 Woodbridge Court, <br />86 1740 Marion Street, and 1750 Marion Street; and <br />87 <br />88 WHEREAS on January 21, 25, 27 and February 2, 2021, Roseville Fire and Building inspectors <br />89 conducted a complete building inspection of each of these three buildings and found no life <br />90 safety violations or infestations were observed by staff; and <br />91 <br /> <br />
