30 B UDGET I MPLICATIONS <br />31 The City of Roseville’s cost for the thirdyear was reduced from $50,000 to $40,000. The EDA’s 2021 <br />32 approved budget included $40,000 for implementation efforts of the Rice and Larpenteur Alliance. <br />33 TheAlliance has approved a Strategic Fundraising Framework for years 2020-2024. That plan <br />34 forecasts decreases in municipal funding thru 2024, with the idea that grant funding and other in-kind <br />35 support will ramp-up in future years.
