All lLicenses issued are valid for one calendar year from the date of issuefrom 248 July 1-June 30. 249 E. Revocation or suspension. Any license issued may be suspended or revoked following 250 the procedures set forth in Section 306.09. 251 F. Transfers. All licenses issued are valid only on the premises for which the license was 252 issued and only for the person to whom the license was issued. The transfer of any 253 license to another location or person is prohibited. G. 254 Moveable place of business. No license will be issued to a moveable place of 255 business. Only fixed-location businesses are eligible to be licensed. 256 H. Display. All licenses must be posted and displayed at all times in plain view of the 257 general public on the licensed premises. 258 I. Renewals. The renewal of a license issued under this ordinance will be handled in the 259 same manner as the original application. The request for a renewal must be made at 260 least 30 days, but no more than 60 days, before the expiration of the current license. 261 J. Issuance as privilege and not a right. The issuance of a license is a privilege and does 262 not entitle the license holder to an automatic renewal of the license. 263 264 K. Smoking is prohibited within the indoor area of any retail establishment licensed under 265 this ordinance. No person shall distribute samples of any Licensed Product 268 free of charge or at a nominal cost. 269 M.
