<br /> RFP for City of Roseville Recycling Services  6 <br />4 RFP Process <br />4.1 Schedule and Proposal Instructions <br />To the best of its ability, the City will use the following process and schedule shown in Table 1 <br />for its decision-making: <br />Table 1 <br />Current RFP Schedule* <br />Note: <br />*These dates are subject to change as the City deems necessary. <br /> <br /> <br />All contact by prospective Respondents and their agents regarding the City’s RFP and <br />procurement decision-making must only be made with the City’s designated contact person, <br />Ryan Johnson, until after final execution of a new recycling Contract. Prospective Respondents <br />are encouraged to contact Mr. Johnson with questions or requests for more information. Other <br />unauthorized contact made with other persons (for example, City staff, elected officials, City <br />residents, County staff, consultants, etc.) may, at the sole discretion of the City, disqualify the <br />Respondent from consideration. <br /> <br />Respondents are required to attend the pre-proposal meeting at 1:00 p.m. on March 2, 2021 at <br />Roseville City Hall. (As an exclusive alternative, the City may schedule an online meeting if <br />needed to provide for COVID-19 safety.) Proposals from Respondents that do not attend the <br />meeting will not be considered. <br /> <br />Respondents’ questions, requests for clarification, or requests for more information about this <br />RFP or process must be submitted no later than 4 p.m. March 9, 2021, by email to: <br /> <br />Ryan Johnson, Environmental Specialist <br />Ryan.Johnson@cityofroseville.com <br /> <br />All questions and requests for more information and the City’s responses will be summarized in <br />writing and emailed to all parties recorded by the City as having attended the pre-proposal <br />meeting.
