<br /> RFP for City of Roseville Recycling Services  7 <br />Respondents interested in responding to this RFP shall notify the City in writing of their interest <br />no later than 4:00 p.m., March 9, 2021, by email to: <br /> <br />Ryan Johnson, Environmental Specialist <br />Ryan.Johnson@cityofroseville.com <br /> <br />Notifications shall include the vendor’s name and address, as well as a contact person’s name, <br />title, phone number, and email address. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure their <br />Notification of Intent are received by the City. <br /> <br /> <br />Your proposal shall be submitted to the Engineering Department Office at City Hall no later than <br />4:00 p.m., March 26, 2021 in a sealed envelope with the name of the proposing company on the <br />outside and addressed as follows: <br /> <br />Enclosed: Recycling Services Proposal. <br />c/o Ryan Johnson <br />Environmental Specialist <br />City of Roseville, City Hall <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Ryan.Johnson@cityofroseville.com <br /> <br />Proposals will be managed in accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, <br />Minnesota Statutes §13.591, Subdivision 3 (b). <br /> <br />An electronic copy of the full proposal must be submitted on a universal serial bus (USB) flash <br />drive inside a sealed envelope. The proposal files may be submitted in Microsoft Word or <br />portable document format (PDF). <br /> <br />At a minimum, Respondents must submit a “base scenario” proposal using the fixed-fee price <br />worksheet forms in Attachment F (without risk/revenue sharing). “Alternate proposals” may be <br />submitted in addition to but not instead of the base scenario. <br /> <br />The City will form a proposal review committee to review and analyze the details of the <br />qualified submitted proposals. Finalists will be invited to interview with the review committee to <br />be held the week of April 12 (under the current schedule). The City may request tours of the <br />Respondents’ designated MRFs during this interview period. Following the interviews and any <br />tour(s) of the designated MRF(s), the committee will recommend proposal rankings to the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Upon direction from the City Council, City staff will negotiate terms of the final contract with <br />the top-ranked Respondent. If negotiations with the top-ranked Respondent are not successful, <br />the City will negotiate with the second-ranked Respondent, and so on. <br />
