All contact by prospective Respondents procurement decision- Ryan Johnson, until after final execution of a new recycling Contract. Prospective Respondents are encouragedto contact Mr. Johnson with questions or requests for more information. Other unauthorized contact made with other persons (for example, City staff, elected officials, City residents, County staff, consultants, etc.) may, at the sole discretion of the City, disqualify the Respondentfrom consideration. Respondentsare required to attend the pre-proposal meeting at 1:00 p.m. on March 2, 2021at Roseville City Hall.
