An electronic <br />copy of the full proposal must be submitted on aUSB flash driveinside the asealedenvelope. <br />The proposal filesmaybe submitted in Microsoft Wordor PDF format. <br />Priceworksheets (Attachment F) should be submitted within a separate sealed envelopethat is <br />contained within the larger proposal packetenvelope.At a minimum, Respondents must submit a <br />risk/revenue <br />the base scenario. <br />The City will form a proposal review committee to review and analyze the details of the <br />qualified submitted proposals.
