Attachment A 1 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING 2 OF THE 3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 4 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 5 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 6 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8thday of March, 2021, at 7 6:00 p.m. 8 The following members were present: 9 and the following were absent:. 10 Member ___ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 11 RESOLUTION No. 12 RESOLUTION APPROVING 2021 MINNESOTA GREENCORPS HOST SITE 13 APPLICATION 14 WHEREAS, the City of Roseville will apply to host an AmeriCorps member from the Minnesota 15 GreenCorps, a program of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), for the 2021-2022 16 program year; and 17 WHEREAS, if the MPCA selects the City of Roseville, the organization is committed to 18 implementing the proposed project as described in the host site application, and in accordance with 19 pre-scoped position description; and 20 WHEREAS, the MPCA requires that the City of Roseville enter into a host site agreement with 21 the MPCA that identifies the terms, conditions, roles and responsibilities; and 22 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Roseville hereby agrees to enter into and sign a host site 23 agreement with the MPCA to carry out the member activities specified therein and to comply with 24 all of the terms, conditions, and matching provisions of the host site agreement and authorizes and 25 directs City Manager, Patrick Trudgeon, to sign the grant agreement on its behalf. 26 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member ___, and 27 upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: 28 and the following voted against the same: . 29 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
