<br />9 WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans
<br />10 and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were
<br />11 received on Monday, March 15, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., opened and tabulated according to law
<br />12 and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br />13 WHEREAS, it appears Meyer Contracting, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder at the
<br />14 tabulated price for “Base Bid + Alternate A” of $2,421,324.80.
<br />15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville,
<br />16 Minnesota:
<br />17 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
<br />18 contract with Meyer Contracting, Inc. for $2,421,324.80 the name of the City of
<br />19 Roseville for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications
<br />20 thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City
<br />21 Manager.
