205 R EQUESTED C OUNCIL A CTION <br />206 A.Adopt a resolution approvingthe proposed ‘Victoria Shores’ preliminary plat based on the <br />207 content of this RCA, public input, the recommendation and findings of the Planning Commission, <br />208 and City Council deliberation, with the following conditions. <br />209 1. Pursuant to the memo from Public Works staff in Attachment E of this RCA, the applicant shall: <br />210 a. Dedicate the additional public right-of-way as required for Orchard Lane and Victoria Street. <br />211 b. Dedicate a10-foot pathway easement coinciding with the drainage and utility easement <br />212 behind the property line of the lots abuttingthe west side of Victoria Streetto accommodate a <br />213 possible future public pathway in this location. <br />214 c. Enter into a Public Improvement Contract regarding the construction of public infrastructure. <br />215 d. Establish a homeowner’s association for the maintenance of the storm water management <br />216 BMPs. <br />217 e. Install wetland buffer signs on the property lines where the wetland buffer intersects. <br />218 2. Pursuant to the memo from Parks and Recreation staff in Attachment E of this RCA, the <br />219 applicant shall dedicate cash in lieu of park land in the amount of $21,250 prior to filing the plat <br />220 at Ramsey County. <br />221 B.Adopt a resolution approving the proposed controlled access as a Conditional Use, based on the <br />222 content of this RCA, public input, the recommendation and findings of the Planning Commission, <br />223 and City Council deliberation. <br />224 A LTERNATIVE A CTIONS <br />225 Pass a motion to table one or more of the requests for future action. An action to table consideration <br />226 of one or both of the requests must be based on the need for additional information or further analysis to <br />227 make a decision. Tabling beyond February 19, requires an extension of the action deadlines mandated in <br />228 Minnesota Statute to avoid statutory approval. <br />229 Adopt a resolution to deny the request.
