He now wants to sell the business <br />to Thomas Manskee, 3923 Bryant Ave" N., Minneapolis, and Frank Knoll Jr., <br />3926 Bryant Ave. N., Minneapolis, who appeared before the Council <br />wanting to inquire about licenses of the Depot Nite Club. They have had <br />no previous experience. Would like to hire the Roseville police or a <br />deputy to be at the door to stop the minors from even attempting to <br />come to the door. <br /> <br />Willmus said they should be advised that the first time they have <br />trouble, their licenses would be taken from them, and the place closed. <br /> <br />Willmus moved, Hammersten seconded, their application be accepted and <br />they be given a chance to see what they can do and if they run into <br />trouble to close the place down.
