Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, June 21, 2021 <br />Page 18 <br />Mayor Roe stated on July 12th it sounded like the Council was fine with meeting in <br />person at the Council Chambers unless any Councilmember wished to continue <br />participating remotely. <br />Councilmember Willmus thought this gave an opportunity for them to kind of inch <br />their way back into it and see how things work out and progress. He was leaning <br />towards the hybrid model. <br />Mayor Roe indicated the July 12th meeting will be hybrid with the Council deciding <br />if they want to attend in person or virtually and then after the July 12th meeting, all <br />of the Council and Commissions will need to meet in person. <br />8.Approve Minutes <br />Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by the City Council prior <br />to tonight's meeting and those revisions were incorporated into the draft presented in the <br />Council packet. <br />a.Approve June 7, 2021 EDA and City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Groff moved, Etten seconded, approval of the June 7, 2021 EDA and City Council <br />Meeting Minutes as presented. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Strahan, Groff, Willmus, Etten, and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />9.Approve Consent Agenda <br />At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Trudgeon briefly reviewed those items being <br />considered under the Consent Agenda; and as detailed in specific Requests for Council <br />Action dated June 21, 2021 and related attachments. <br />a. <br />Strahan moved, Willmus seconded, approval of the Consent Agenda including <br />claims and payments as presented and detailed. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Strahan, Groff, Willmus, Etten, and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />e Approv P t aymen s <br />ACH Payments $428,262.07 <br />100061-100167 696,721.02 <br />TOTAL $1,124,983.09 <br />b.Approve Massage Therapy Establishment License <br />c.Approve Issuance of Multifamily Rental Licenses, previously revoked at 1736 <br />Woodbridge Ct. and 221 Larpenteur Ave W.
