The project was divided into two (2) bid packages; Bid Package 1 for refrigeration system improvements and Bid Package 2 for site Improvements. Bid Package 1 - Refrigeration The table below lists the two (2) bids that were received. The close spread between the two (2) base bids indicates the project was bid very competitively and that both contractors had a clear understanding of the design and bidding documents. The pricing for the majority of the alternate bids were fairly close to one another as well. Attachment C
