Part of that includes 115 <br />improving engagement among community members, developing relationships and increase 116 <br />collaboration with community leaders and organizations, following through on lessons learned 117 <br />through community members by committing to listen, learn and implement improved methods and 118 <br />practices to better serve the needs of all in the community.1 119 <br />BUDGET IMPLICATIONS 120 <br />The city has set aside funds in the 2022 budget to conduct a visioning process. 121 <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION 122 <br />Discuss the council’s preferred concept and scope of a visioning process.
