Roll call Ayes-(5) N9Yes-(O). <br /> <br />The Building Inspector reported he has tagged a garage and breezeway <br />at 1188 Garden being built by Wm. Reiling and asked Karon for legal <br />advice as to what to do. <br /> <br />Karon reported two things could be done upon the asumption there has <br />been violation, one to prevent its use and the other, failure to do <br />it, action can be taken up with the Justice of the Peace. Building <br />should be tagged and use prevented and people living in the house <br />should be advised they cannot use the garage and breezeway and if <br />they do not comply, the matter can be taken into court. <br /> <br />~œ.
