Attachment C EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of th 2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 28 day of February,at 6:00p.m. 3 The following Council Members were present:_________; 4 and _____were absent. 5 Council Member _____ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 6 RESOLUTION NO. ___ TH 7 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED TWIN LAKES 4 ADDITION 8 PRELIMINARYPLAT(PF21-020) 9 WHEREAS, Roseville Investment Partners, LLC has submitted a valid application for approval th 10 of aproposed Twin Lakes 4 Addition preliminary plat of the property at 1755,1743 and 1717 County 11 Road C; and th 12 WHEREAS, the property included in the proposed Twin Lakes 4 Addition plat is assigned 13 Ramsey County Parcel Identification Number 04-29-23-43-0020, and is legally described as: rd 14 Outlot A, Twin Lakes 3 Addition 15 WHEREAS the proposed subdivision conforms to all of the applicable standards of the City of 16 Roseville zoning and subdivision codes; and 17 WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the duly noticed public hearing for this 18 application on February 2, 2022, and having closed said public hearing, voted to recommend approval of 19 the proposed preliminary plat based on the public record and the Planning Commission’s deliberation 20 with certain conditions; 21 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council,to approve the th 22 proposed Twin Lakes 4 Additionpreliminary plat, based on the public record and City Council 23 deliberation, with the following conditions: 24 a.The platting of an outlot shall be provided as a component of the final plat approval.Said outlot 25 shall cover the portion of the private roadway within Twin Lakes Station known as Hershel 26 Street from County Road C to the Dominium residential development and from that point east to 27 the easterly property line, as depicted on Attachment A. 28 b. A 10-foot wide utility and drainage easement shall be dedicated along the east, west, and south 29 sides of the proposed plat. 30 c. In accordance with the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the applicant 31 shall dedicate cash in lieu of park land in the amount of $431,120, to be paid prior to filing the 32 plat at Ramsey County. 33 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
