Attachment C <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />th <br />2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 28 day of February,at 6:00p.m. <br />3 The following Council Members were present:_________; <br />4 and _____were absent. <br />5 Council Member _____ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />6 RESOLUTION NO. ___ <br />TH <br />7 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED TWIN LAKES 4 ADDITION <br />8 PRELIMINARYPLAT(PF21-020) <br />9 WHEREAS, Roseville Investment Partners, LLC has submitted a valid application for approval <br />th <br />10 of aproposed Twin Lakes 4 Addition preliminary plat of the property at 1755,1743 and 1717 County <br />11 Road C; and <br />th <br />12 WHEREAS, the property included in the proposed Twin Lakes 4 Addition plat is assigned <br />13 Ramsey County Parcel Identification Number 04-29-23-43-0020, and is legally described as: <br />rd <br />14 Outlot A, Twin Lakes 3 Addition <br />15 WHEREAS the proposed subdivision conforms to all of the applicable standards of the City of <br />16 Roseville zoning and subdivision codes; and <br />17 WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the duly noticed public hearing for this <br />18 application on February 2, 2022, and having closed said public hearing, voted to recommend approval of <br />19 the proposed preliminary plat based on the public record and the Planning Commission’s deliberation <br />20 with certain conditions; <br />21 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council,to approve the <br />th <br />22 proposed Twin Lakes 4 Additionpreliminary plat, based on the public record and City Council <br />23 deliberation, with the following conditions: <br />24 a.The platting of an outlot shall be provided as a component of the final plat approval.Said outlot <br />25 shall cover the portion of the private roadway within Twin Lakes Station known as Hershel <br />26 Street from County Road C to the Dominium residential development and from that point east to <br />27 the easterly property line, as depicted on Attachment A. <br />28 b. A 10-foot wide utility and drainage easement shall be dedicated along the east, west, and south <br />29 sides of the proposed plat. <br />30 c. In accordance with the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the applicant <br />31 shall dedicate cash in lieu of park land in the amount of $431,120, to be paid prior to filing the <br />32 plat at Ramsey County. <br />33 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />
