Consider a Request by Nelson Architecture and Interiors, on Behalf of Bank of America, for <br />2 a Conditional Use to Allow a Drive-Through at 1755 County Road C (PF21-020) <br />3 Chair Kimble opened the public hearing for PF21-020 at approximately 7:16 p.m. and reported on <br />4 the purpose and process of a public hearing. <br />5 City Planner Paschke summarized the request as detailed in the staff report dated February 2, 2022. <br />6 The applicant was at the meeting but did not want to add anything to the presentation. <br />7 Public Comment <br />8 No one came forward to speak for or against this request. <br />9 Chair Kimble closed the public hearing at 7:28 p.m. <br />10 MOTION <br />11 Member Schaffhausen moved, seconded by Member McGehee, to recommend to the City <br />12 Council approval of a Conditional Use for 1755 County Road C, allowing a drive-through <br />13 facility based on the comments, findings, and condition listed in the report (PF22-020). <br />14 Ayes: 7 <br />15 Nays: 0 <br />16 Motion carried. <br /> <br />
