The financial institution is a permitted use in the
19 MU-2B zoning district, but a drive-through requires an approved
20 conditional use that complies with CityCode requirements, including §1009.02.C and
21§1009.02.D.12.
22 Planning Division staff have attached a number of development documents, mostly for reference
23 purposes (Attachment C). The drive-through specific site plan is germane to the drive-
24 through/conditional use discussion as it details access, vehicle site circulation, and drive-through
25 stacking. This report, and the associated documents, only reviews the conditional use for the
26 drive-through and otherwise assumes the project can or will comply with the required City and
27 Zoning Code standards.
PF21-020_RPCA_BoA_CU_020222
