30 committee will be present to provide a final recommendation of implementing ALS First Response to <br />31 council and assist with answering any questions or concerns related to the program. <br />32 F INANCIAL I MPACTS <br />33 There are capital costs associated with ALS equipment.Those costs wereplaced in the Capital <br />34 Improvement budget spending forecast several years ago; no newcapital costs that did not already exist <br />35 or are unplanned.
