The developer will provide a <br />46 financial security in the amount of $21,062.50, which is equal to 125% of the estimated $16,850.00 cost <br />47 of construction of the public improvements. The developer will pay the City $674.00 to cover staff time <br />48 overseeing the project. All of the above dollar amounts would be subject to amendment if the City was <br />49 successful in obtaining grant funding for the trail. <br />50 Receipt of $25,500 fee in lieu of park land dedication. <br />51 S TAFF R ECOMMENDATION <br />52 A. Adopt a resolution approving the proposed Victoria Shores final plat based on the content of this <br />53 RCA, public input, and City Council deliberation, with the following conditions: <br />54 1. Pursuant to the memo from Public Works pertaining to this development, the applicant shall: <br />55 a. Dedicate the additional public right-of-way as required for Orchard Lane and Victoria Street. <br />56 b. Dedicate a 10-foot pathway easement coinciding with the drainage and utility easement <br />57 behind the property line of the lots abutting the west side of Victoria Street to accommodate a <br />58 possible future public pathway in this location. <br />59 c. Enter into a Public Improvement Contract regarding the construction of public infrastructure. <br />60 d. Establish a homeowner’s association for the maintenance of the storm water management <br />61 BMPs. <br />62 e. Install wetland buffer signs on the property lines where the wetland buffer intersects. <br />63 2. In accordance with the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the applicant <br />64 shall dedicate cash in lieu of park land in the amount of $25,500 prior to filing the plat at Ramsey <br />65 County. <br />66 B.Pass a motionapproving the Victoria Shores public improvement contract based on the content of <br />67 this RCA, public input, and City Council deliberation. <br />68 R EQUESTED C OUNCIL A CTION <br />69 A.
