77 S TAFF R ECOMMENDATION <br />th <br />78 Adopt a Resolution, approving the Preliminary Plat of Twin Lakes 4 Addition, based on the content <br />79 of this RCA, public input, Planning Commission deliberation, and subject to the following <br />80 conditions: <br />81 1. The provision of an access easement agreement to be reviewed and approved with the final plat, <br />82 as provided and depicted onAttachment D. <br />83 2. A 10-foot wide utility and drainage easement shall be dedicated along the east, west, and south <br />84 sides of the proposed plat. <br />85 3. In accordance with the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the applicant <br />86 shall dedicate cash in lieu of park land in the amount of $431,120, to be paid prior to filing the <br />87 plat at Ramsey County. <br />88 S UGGESTED C ITY C OUNCIL A CTION <br />th <br />89 Adopt a Resolution approving the Preliminary Plat of Twin Lakes 4 Addition, as outlined in the <br />90 Resolution provided as Attachment C. <br />91 A LTERNATIVE A CTIONS <br />92 a. Pass a motion to table the item for future action. An action to table must be tied to the need for <br />93 clarity, analysis and/or information necessary to make a recommendation on the request. <br />94 b. Pass a motion recommending denial of the proposal.
