RCA Attachment E <br />1 The City will inspect the site periodically and determine whether it is necessary to take <br />2 additional measures to address erosion. The Developer shall comply with all additional <br />3 erosion control requirements. <br />4 To remove dirt and debris from streets that has resulted from construction work by the <br />5 Developer, its agents or assigns, the Developer shall sweep all haul roads on a weekly <br />6 basis or more frequently as directed by the City Engineer until the site is stabilized. The <br />7 Developer must sweep roadways with a water-discharge broom apparatus. Kick-off <br />8 brooms shall not be utilized for street sweeping. <br />9 If the development on the Property does not comply with the erosion control plan or <br />10 supplementary instructions received from the City, the City may, following giving the <br />11 Developer 48-hour prior verbal notice (or immediately in the case of an emergency), take <br />12 such action as it deems appropriate to control erosion, the cost of which action shall be <br />13 paid by the Developer to the City upon demand. <br />14 <br />15 D. Private Improvements. The Developer shall, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, <br />16 perform the following work and construct the following improvements (ÐPrivate ImprovementsÑ) in <br />17 compliance with City approved construction Plans described in Section III E below and all rules, <br />18 regulations, standards and ordinances of the City: <br />19 Sanitary Sewer/Water Main Connections. The Developer shall construct all necessary <br />20 Sanitary Sewer and Watermain connections to the existing MCES Sanitary Sewer and <br />21 Watermain that current exist within the right of way of Victoria Street to each lot, as <br />22 necessary. <br />23 All construction shall be in accordance with City details, specifications and the City <br />24 approved construction Plans. <br />25 Stormwater Management. The Developer shall install Underground Stormwater <br />26 Chamber System A as per design and specification detailed in the engineering plans. The <br />27 Developer shall also construct Filtration Basin B and install the required Private Storm <br />28 Sewer network as per design and specification detailed in the development Plans. <br />29 Retaining Wall. The Developer shall install approximately 120 lineal feet of boulder <br />30 retaining wall, within Outlot A, and adjacent to Lot 5, Block 1, Victoria Shores. <br />31 Ornamental Fence and Gate. The Developer shall install approximately 580 lineal feet of <br />32 ornamental fence, as noted in the Site Plan submitted to and approved by the City of <br />33 Roseville, along that portion of Outlot A, Victoria Shores, that abuts Victoria Street. <br />34 Additionally, the Developer shall install 4Ó x 60Ñ gate in the fence, with secured keyed <br />35 access for all owners of a lot in Victoria Shores, along with a 6Ó bituminous path from <br />36 Victoria Street to that gate and beyond to the approximate location of the picnic area. <br />37 Common Picnic area. The Developer shall construct a common pervious picnic area for <br />38 the use of the owners of a lot in Victoria Shores, which consists of an approximately 20Ó <br />39 x 20Ó native fescue turf area.
