Adopt a resolution approving the proposed Midland Legacy Estate 3Addition final plat <br />130 based on the content of this RCA, public input, and City Council deliberation, with the following <br />131 conditions: <br />132 1. Pursuant to the memo from Public Works staff reviewed with this proposal, the applicant shall: <br />133 a. Install all improvements necessary for the development including re-aligned roadway of <br />134 County Road B and Eustis Street, installation of new pathway along County Road B and <br />135 Eustis Street, installation of storm sewer, installation of new water main and sanitary sewer <br />136 main. <br />137 b. Enter into a Public Improvement Contract regarding the construction of public infrastructure. <br />138 c. Establish a homeowner’s association for the maintenance of the storm water management <br />139 BMPs. <br />140 d. Install wetland buffer signs on the property lines where the wetland buffer intersects. <br />141 2. The applicant shall establish a homeowner’s association for the maintenance of the private street <br />142 and shared driveway. <br />143 3.
