RCA Attachment E <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of February 2022 at 6:00 p.m. <br />3 The following Council Members were present: _________; <br />4 and _____ were absent. <br />5 Council Member _____ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />6 RESOLUTION NO. ___ <br />7 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED ÒMIDLAND LEGACY ESTATE 3RD <br />8 ADDITIONÓ FINAL PLAT (PF21-003) <br />9 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council adopted Resolution 11826 approving the proposed <br />rd <br />10 ÒMidland Legacy Estate 3 AdditionÓ preliminary plat of the property at 2224 Eustis Street and 2395 <br />11 County Road B on August 23, 2021, based on the public record and City Council deliberation, with the <br />12 several conditions. <br />13 WHEREAS the proposed final plat is substantially the same as the approved preliminary plat; <br />14 and <br />15 WHEREAS, Integrity Land Development, Inc. has submitted a valid application for approval of <br />rd <br />16 the proposed ÒMidland Legacy Estate 3 AdditionÓ final plat; <br />17 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br />rd <br />18 proposed ÒMidland Legacy Estate 3 AdditionÓ final plat, based on the public record and City Council <br />19 deliberation, with the following conditions: <br />20 1. Pursuant to the memo from Public Works staff reviewed with this proposal, the applicant shall: <br />21 a. Install pathway improvements as shown on the proposed plans, on the west and south side of <br />22 the development, to make connections to the existing pathway on County Road B. <br />23 b. Enter into a Public Improvement Contract regarding the construction of public infrastructure. <br />24 2. The applicant shall establish a homeownerÓs association for the maintenance of the private street, <br />25 shared driveway, and storm water management BMPs. <br />26 3. The applicant shall continue to address with Fire Department staff any issues regarding the <br />27 characteristics of the shared driveway, water supply at the end of the shared driveway, and/or <br />28 installation of sprinklers within one or more of the homes to satisfy applicable fire code <br />29 requirements. <br />30 4. The applicant shall install landscaping and/or fencing along the eastern boundary of Lot 1 and <br />31 Lot 4, as approved by the Community Development Department, to achieve six feet of screening <br />32 height for adjacent properties from headlights of vehicles facing eastward on the shared <br />33 driveway. <br />34 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />
