RCA Attachment D <br />DuetotheresidentialnatureoftheentireneighborhoodwestofClevelandthatutilizesCounty <br />RoadB,staffsupportstheremovaloftheculdesac.AculdesacattheendofEustisstreet,80 <br />feetindiameter,wouldstillbeinplaceallowingforturnaroundoffiretrucks,deliverytrucksand <br />othersmallertruckstypicalofresidentialtraffic.Thissortofturnaroundissimilartootherturn <br />aroundsinresidentialneighborhoodswithintheCity. <br />Summary <br />Theproposeddevelopmentwillincreaseexistingtrafficintheneighborhoodslightly.County <br />less <br />RoadBcanhandletheincreaseintrafficontheroadway.Theincreasedtrafficlevelsare <br />thanhistoricpeaktrafficintheneighborhoodandwillbelessthanmanysimilarresidential <br />collectorstreetsinRoseville. <br />ThecurrentpavementofCountyRoadBwasdesignedtohandleCountytrafficloadsand <br />volumes.Thepavementconditionisinneedofrepair,duetotheageoftheroadway.The/źƷǤ͸ƭ <br />capitalimprovementplanincludestheentiresegmentofCountyRoadB,westofCleveland <br />Avenue.Thecurrentplanisforareconstructionprojectschedulein2024whichwilladdressthe <br />poorpavementconditionoftheroadway.Anyreconstructionorreconditioningprojectwillbe <br />abletohandlethecurrentandprojectedtrafficfromthisdevelopment.Thereconstruction <br />projectwillpotentiallyallowroadwaydesignimprovementstoimprovedrainage,trafficcalming <br />measuresandothersafetyimprovements,suchasupgradestothepedestrian/bicycletrailtobe <br />implemented.Publicoutreachforthisprojectwillbeaveryimportantrolewhenplanningforthis <br />projectbeginsinthefuture. <br />Pleasecontactmeshouldtherebequestionsorconcernsregardinganyoftheinformation <br />containedherein. <br />Page 11 of 11 <br /> <br />
