Attachment D <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of April, at 6:00 p.m. <br />3 The following Council Members were present:_________; <br />4 and _____were absent. <br />5 Council Member _____ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />6 RESOLUTION NO. ___ <br />TH <br />7 A RESOLUTION APPROVING TWIN LAKES 4 ADDITION FINALPLAT (PF21-020) <br />8 WHEREAS, Roseville Investment Partners, LLChassubmitted a valid application for approval <br />th <br />9 of the final plat for Twin Lakes 4 Addition of the property at 1755,1743 and 1717 County Road C; and <br />th <br />10 WHEREAS, the property included as Twin Lakes 4 Addition plat is assigned Ramsey County <br />11 Parcel Identification Number 04-29-23-43-0020, and is legally described as: <br />rd <br />12 Outlot A, Twin Lakes 3Addition, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota. <br />13 WHEREAS the proposed subdivision conforms to all of the applicable standards of the City of <br />14 Roseville zoning and subdivision codes; and <br />th <br />15 WHEREAS, the RosevilleCity Council approved the Preliminary Plat of Twin Lakes 4 <br />16 Addition on March 21, 2022 via Resolution 11897; and <br />th <br />17 WHEREAS, the submitted Final Plat for Twin Lakes 4 Addition meets all the requirements of <br />18 the approval resolution; <br />19 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve Twin Lakes <br />th <br />20 4 Addition final plat, based on the public record and City Council deliberation, with the following <br />21 conditions: <br />22 a. Approval of the access easement agreement provided and depicted within Attachment C to the <br />23 Request for Council Action materials dated April 11, 2022; and <br />24 b. In accordance with the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the applicant <br />25 shall dedicate cash in lieu of park land in the amount of $431,120, to be paid prior to filing the <br />26 plat at Ramsey County. <br />27 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
