<br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
<br />2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 11th day of April, 2022, at
<br />3 6:00 p.m.

<br />8 FOR 2022 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROJECT
<br />9 WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans
<br />10 and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were
<br />11 received on Tuesday, April 5, at 11:00 a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the
<br />12 following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br />13 WHEREAS, it appears that Bituminous Roadways, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder for
<br />14 the Base Bid plus Alternate Bid at the tabulated price of $2,685,712.63.
<br />15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville,
<br />16 Minnesota:
<br />17 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
<br />18 contract with Bituminous Roadways, Inc. for $2,685,712.63in the name of the City of
<br />19 Roseville for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications
<br />20 thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City
<br />21 Manager.
