If there is interest in providing <br />85 assistance to group homes, staff can bring back some parameters for providing assistance to group homes <br />86 based on City Council discussion and direction <br />87 <br />88 Regardless of the use of ARPA funds, the City Council may also want to consider supporting changes at <br />89 the Legislature that will benefit group homes as part of the City’s Legislative Priorities. <br />90 <br />91 Visit Roseville – Wayfinding Signage <br />92 <br />93 Throughout the pandemic, Visit Roseville has undertaken various initiatives to help support the <br />94 hospitality industry (hotels and restaurants) in Roseville. Initiatives included provide information about <br />95 restaurant food delivery, working with Ramsey County to create an online portal for the hospitality <br />96 industry to connect with job seekers, and the Rose“ingo” promotion that encouraged the public to visit <br />97 Roseville businesses. <br />98 <br />99 Visit Roseville has been working on the creation of a wayfinding sign system in Roseville to help visitors <br />100 and residents better find and navigate to Roseville businesses and parks. To that end, Visit Roseville is <br />101 planning to engage a consultant to undertake a Wayfinding Signage Master Plan. As part of this plan, a <br />102 consistent design and theme of the signs would be created and strategic locations for signage would be <br />103 identified. Visit Roseville would like for the City to consider the use of ARPA funds to manufacture and <br />104 install the signs throughout Roseville. Julie Wearn, CEO of Visit Roseville and her team will present <br />105 more details of their proposal at the City Council meeting.
